At Curated Comforts, we work hard to get your thoughtfully curated gifts delivered as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays), except otherwise noted on our website for staff Holidays. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We ship from Charlotte, North Carolina via the most reasonable shipping provider, depending on the weight and size of your order.

Estimated delivery times once shipped:

  • East Coast: 2 business days
  • Central U.S.: 3–4 business days
  • West Coast & Hawaii: 5–6 business days

💸 Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on U.S. orders over $50
  • A calculated shipping fee applies to orders under $50 (calculated at checkout)

✈️ Local & International Shipping

  • Local delivery is no longer available
  • International shipping is offered on a case by case basis. Please contact us and we can determine if we are able to fulfill. 

📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping provider, we are no longer responsible for its handling. If your package is missing but shows delivered, please contact your shipping provider (USPS, UPS, Fed Ex) office for assistance.
