Refund & Return Policy

At Curated Comforts Co., every gift is designed to bring comfort, connection, and joy. If something doesn’t meet expectations, we’ll do our best to make it right.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Shipped back within 14 days of delivery

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Returns must be approved before sending any items back.


Items Not Eligible for Return

For safety, hygiene, and custom-order reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (food, snacks, tea, honey, etc.)

  • Custom or personalized gifts

  • Personal care items (lotions, scrubs, masks, hair tools, etc.)

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

If you’re unsure whether your item is returnable, reach out before placing your order — we’re happy to help.


How Returns Work

Once your return is approved:

  1. We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label.

  2. Follow the included instructions to ship the item back.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving your return.
Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund to your account.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you’d like a different product, please complete your return and place a new order.
